Due to conflicting schedules with tracks on both sides of us, and low car count we are going to cancel the racing program at DMP SPEEDWAY. I delayed putting this information out in search of a solution that would bring enough cars to race, bottom line there are too many race tracks in the same area and not enough race cars.I assure you all there is no one who had rather race than me, but it takes support to race and we are not getting it. We are still looking at all options and to be honest it don’t look good for us.We have worked very hard with the resource’s we have to provide a great place to race and it is truly a shame to have to close this facility.To those of you who supported this track and the effort, I thank you and it means a lot. We are proud to announce a whole new look for 2012 and we have started with the website. We feel the overall appearance of our website must match our appearance of the track. We are proud to say that the website is catching up to our track. We look forward to the updates to the website and we will post updates as our webmaster continues to work fast to provide us a place to call home.
